چکیده
India is a leader in the usage of ancient ayurveda system and blessed with vast richness medicinal herbs. Over 68 Ayurveda formulations contain medicine Guduchi as one its main constituents, need for this medication has climbed from 3000 to 6000 MT 9.1% yearly increase. Unfortunately, uncontrolled harvesting causing natural populations decline. There plenty room expand commercial production these plants given enormous increase demand. For purpose creating technique rapid multiplication, propagation by stem cuttings was examined current experiment. species, impact various GA3 concentrations on during 30 DAP 45 investigated using randomized block design (RBD) four replications. The 200 ppm GA3-treated T. cordifolia (T1) showed considerable rooting (85.75%). highest shoot lengths at days after planting were measured treatments T1 (average 106.15 cm). Maximum root numbers (6.25 cm) treatment had slightly longer roots (17.42 cm), but there no statistical differences mean values. Throughout course experiment, cuttings' average lowest maximum growth rates ranged 4.33 cm/day 7.1 cm/day. results study that optimal approach multiplication influence hormonal cuttings.
